Hi everyone! How was your Thanksgiving? Ours was really nice. We all got together at my mother's place and had Sri Lankan food! We're not big fans of turkey, except for my very Sri Lankan husband, who loves it ... lol! But he had all the traditional TG leftovers from our school party, so that worked out well.
On Thanksgiving day, I took a first outfit shot in a looong time. I wore dark shades, which I don't really do except in the cold months. For some reason I love wearing colors like black and dark blue in Fall and Winter, but not so much in Spring and Summer. One of those seasonal instincts, I guess:
Oddly enough, this is a summer skirt. But I just love the color, which makes it seasonless. Plus, it has pockets, which is always awesome!
